What we saw was broken.

We saw square-peg technologies — rigid, feature-driven, legacy applications assuming a static world — being forced into round-hole realities: dynamic markets, volatile supply chains, and fast-moving customer expectations. We saw massive investments go into “standard” solutions that required layers of custom code just to approximate what the business actually needed.

We saw the madness of calling S&OP “Integrated” Business Planning while keeping FP&A in a separate solution.
We saw bold promises in the boardroom turn into bloated timelines and underwhelming execution on the ground.

So we decided to build what we wished we had.

VYAN AI was founded by a team of enterprise transformation veterans — each with 20+ years of experience delivering real results for the C-suite. We got tired of bolting on custom code to outdated software. We got tired of seeing planning systems that couldn’t plan. We got tired of watching technology dumb things down to fit a vendor roadmap instead of elevating decision intelligence to meet business strategy.

Founder & CEO

Ashutosh Bansal founded VYAN AI after two decades of living the transformation grind from the inside — as a trusted advisor, solution architect, and supply chain strategist for some of the world’s largest enterprises. He led global programs delivering Make-to-Order planning, stochastic forecasting, and enterprise-wide multi-objective optimization — only to watch $20B+ clients be told that basic, unconstrained MRP was “good enough.” That disconnect — between what businesses need and what enterprise software delivers — drove Ashutosh to shift from enhancing broken tools to building what the future demands. His journey from a deep supply chain and transformation pedigree to becoming an AI innovation engine was born from frustration with bloated software roadmaps, theatrical sales cycles, and “value” that showed up more in PowerPoint than in P&L. Today, he’s laser-focused on enabling intelligent, strategy-aligned decisions with measurable business impact — and unapologetically allergic to the legacy enterprise software playbook.
